Strategic Partnerships & Expert Network Specialist

Responsibilities

Community Development and Management

  • Design and implement a structured system for onboarding, engaging, and managing a high-level professional community

  • Cultivate strong relationships with subject matter experts, mentors, and a pool of potential angel investors

  • Organize regular meetings, networking events, and forums to facilitate interaction and collaboration among community members

Program Integration

  • Work closely with the acceleration/incubation program team to integrate expert contributions into program activities, workshops, and mentorship sessions

  • Ensure the expert network’s resources are effectively utilized to support the development and growth of portfolio startups

  • Coordinate and schedule expert-led sessions, ensuring high-value interactions for program participants

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience

  • Gather and analyze feedback from community members to continuously improve engagement strategies and program offerings

  • Recognize and celebrate the contributions of community members to foster a sense of belonging and commitment

Resource Management

  • Maintain a detailed database of community members, including their expertise, interests, and engagement history

  • Develop and manage tools and platforms to facilitate easy access to the community’s resources and expertise

  • Ensure data confidentiality and security in all interactions and communications

Requirements

Essential:

  • Passion for sustainability and climate tech

  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, venture capital, and angel investing

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective engagement strategies

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, community management platforms, and other relevant tools

  • Analytical skills to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred (having one or more of these traits will put you in a better position):

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, strategic partnerships, or a related role

  • Master’s degree or MBA

  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-level professional communities and strategic partnerships

  • Understanding of the climate tech and sustainability sectors, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities

  • Strong existing network within the climate tech, sustainability, and/or startup communities

The Strategic Partnerships and Expert Network Specialist at Ecoxyztem Venture Builder will lead the development of the system and management of a high-level professional community, including subject matter experts, mentors, and potentially a pool of angel investors. This role is integral to fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and providing valuable support to our climate-tech portfolio startups. By leveraging strategic partnerships and the collective expertise of our network, the specialist will also enhance our portfolio works and our accelerator program and contribute to Ecoxyztem's mission of advancing sustainable solutions in Indonesia.

Business Development Manager

Location: Jabodetabek (with option of WFA)

As a business entity, Ecoxyztem needs to provide resources to engine the company system to create impact and be able to support ecopreneurs in solving climate challenges at scale. Therefore, Business Development has an essential role so the organization can expand collaboration opportunities and business partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in related areas of business development, partnership, marketing, and/or government

  • Demonstrated understanding of ESG and sustainability issues both nationally and globally

  • Ability to exercise communication and persuasive skills

  • Ability to drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to write and develop proposals (grants, sponsorship, and creative proposals)

  • Proven leadership and effective communication skills

  • Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully and creatively in a dynamic environment

  • Being open minded, versatile and adaptive toward company's values and culture

Responsibilities

  • Lead team and ensure business strategy to increase company's revenue streams

  • Develop grant and tender application strategies, both nationally, and internationally

  • Manage and monitor ESG project implementation

  • Maintain partnerships through collaboration, engagement, and organize database

  • Maintain and develop government relations strategy

  • Create standard of procedures in organizing projects including the monitoring and evaluation

  • Lead and manage sponsorhsip strategy to support Ecoxyztem's flagship programs

HR Officer

Location: Jabodetabek (with option of WFA)

Your role as an HR officer at Ecoxyztem is crucial in supporting the company's goals by effectively managing its most valuable asset: its people. You work to create a positive and productive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

  • Graduate from Psychology or HR Management or relevant education.

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR

  • Have the ability to accurately calculate payroll data

  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment process

  • Have knowledge in the field of training and HR development

  • Have a good negotiation skill

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates

  • Develop and implement programs to improve employee morale and engagement

  • Coordinate and assist with the performance appraisal process

  • Identify training needs within the organization

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
