General Requirements

• Internship period minimum 3 months

• Open for enrolled university students and fresh graduates

• Can show proof of internship letter from the University if accepted at Ecoxyztem (for enrolled student)

• Already following the Vaccination Program from the Government

• Agree on the specified deliverables and time commitment accordingly

• Proficient in using digital tools and have personal gadgets (laptop & smartphone) to support working hybrid

CEO Office

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, setting up meetings, and handling correspondence

• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for meetings, presentations, and other important engagements

• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO

• Assist in managing the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate action on emails

• Attend meetings alongside the CEO, taking notes and maintaining minutes

• Conduct research on topics as directed by the CEO, which could include market insights, competitor analysis, and the latest in sustainability innovations

• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and project execution on behalf of the CEO

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related fields

Business Process Analyst & Documentation

Marketing

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to execute marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, email, and web

• Assist in creating, tracking, and analyzing marketing campaigns to understand their impact and to help refine future strategies

• Engage with our online community by managing and posting content on ReservoAir’s social media channels, focusing primarily on LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign strategies

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including but not limited to, reporting, data analysis, and coordinating marketing events

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Assist the Product Specialist in understanding the various applications and technical aspects of Poreblock products

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to prepare materials that effectively communicate the features and benefits of Poreblock

• Engage in customer interactions to provide basic technical guidance and product advice

We really encourage students who are still active in their respective universities.

3. How long is the internship period?

Internship period minimum 3 months or adjusted to the needs of each position.

4. How long does the recruitment process take and will everyone be notified if they don't pass?

The recruitment process usually takes around 7-14 working days and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

5. Is this a paid/unpaid internship?

It is a paid internship.

6. Is it WFO or WFA?

We apply Work From Anywhere (WFA) or remote working with active working days from Monday to Friday (9-6). Should be available for occasional offline meetings.
